In chapter 10 and 11, I was absent due to a lack of sleep the night before. I had a presentation on the morning and I stayed up to finish the slides. I'm sorry to my lecturer as I can't attend on our last meeting as I feel so weak. I just go through the slides for these two chapters and i must say i can't understand anything at all and what attract me the most is the BULLWHIP effects! Know why? Cause it reminds me of Stewie in the family guy.

So bullwhip effect actually occurs when distorted product demand
information passes from one entity to the next throughout the supply chain. Normally in this chapter talks about SCM and I didnt study much to write about it.
